Business Location, is it important? - Business Start Up Ideas Philippines -

location must have a high foot traffic
I read from an article that location of a business is everything. I think that it depend on what business you are interested . Business location in very important if you are heavily depend on walk in clients, such as water stations, laundry shop, parlor/ salon, convenience stores, food house. If nobody knows about your business, our business will never make money. Location is very important. Always consider what is the best for your customer when choosing a location and also consider the cost of the commercial space if we can afford the monthly rental.

location must be safe and lighted
If your clients do not come to you, other location factors may be more important than physical location , for example if you are into business online or home based business establishing a business might be more desirable and practical than leasing a commercial space.
